Steve is the founding member of CADD Services and brings over 30 years of experience in architecture to the table. Initially a designer of CAD Systens and a trainer of many CAD Programs, Steve eventually switched careers to become an Architectural Designer, CA Drafter, Engineering Designer and Site Designer. He now does all types of projects from small Commercial Tenant Improvements to entire buildings for both residential and Commercial projects. Many of the commercial projects are restaurants, bars and night clubs. Some are even hotels, casinos, medical buildings and more.

An avid architectural history buff, Steve combines his knowledge of Historical Methods with current design techniques and modern systems to provide a unique approach to  planning and design that blends with his progects with neighborhood. Both of Steve's Parents were Architects who graduated from Cornell University and passed on their design philosophies and instincts to him. One of his specialties is historical renovations where original details need to be preserved or restored.

Steve is the recipient of several prestigious awards, the most recent was a project in Hawaiian Gardens, CA that was used as an example/prototype for all future renovations in that city. The Courdy Residence was awarded "The Most Beautiful Home in Hawaiian Gardens Award". He also obtained a permit for a Historical Renovation in one month's time on a Deck Replacement project in San Clemente. His client was amazed with the results and the improvements Steve incorporated in the process.
